Sylvaneers is determined to put together a dynamic staff of individuals that care about children, each other, Camp Santa Maria, as well as the world around us. Working at camp is a transformative experience that isn’t just rewarding in terms of the lives we can change, but also in terms of how each of our own lives can be changed through the experience. Job Opportunities at Santa Maria

In 2025, there will be full summer jobs for staff interested in running, or helping to run program areas such as lifeguards, for both the pool and waterfront, rock climbing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, archery, and arts & crafts as well as 6-week positions from the beginning of July to early June for our traditional summer camp programs.
